Joel Tanner is a 35 year resident of the Tampa Bay area. He has 25 years experience as a Mortgage Consulting Professional, including 12 years as an owner & Vice President of one of the largest privately held Licensed Mortgage Lenders in Pinellas County. Joel has a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. His history of a relationship orientated philosophy in dealing with clients has produced an extensive database of satisfied former clients & real estate associates. Joel has developed a reputation for professionalism, honesty & integrity in within the mortgage industry.   Joel, originally from New York, has been married to Sharon for 36 wonderful years.
