Art has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for more than thirty-two years and has served as a Mortgage Loan Consultant for the last twenty years.  As a prior loan consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans, and Bank of America Home Loans, Art has gained a vast amount of experience in VA, FHA, conventional, and construction lending. From a large array of mortgage loan programs that are available through Excel Mortgage Network, Art is able to offer many choices to his borrowers.  He believes that it is important for his customers to know all of their options and to have all of the details with which to make their financing decisions.  Art is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and the best possible financing solutions for his clients. Art received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from USF in Tampa, Florida and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UCF in Orlando, Florida. At UCF, he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society for academic achievement.
