Excel Mortgage Network has been amazing to work with, or to work with us, I guess I should say. We were denied by 2 other banks so things were a bit unsure but instead of just turning us away Frederick was able to advise us of where we were and what we needed to do. His ability to work with us as 1st time homebuyers and treat us as such was refreshing. He was able to provide us detailed knowledge of the steps and gave us the ability to learn where we were and what we were doing instead of just being told what to do. We have been left with information that we can use going forward. Frederick has been accommodating, up front, and thorough. He is very personable and attentive and made this process seamless for us although there was alot going on behind the scenes to get us to close.
