John brings over 30 years of deep-rooted experience in the Tampa Bay real estate and mortgage industries. A Tampa native, John began his career in the REO/Default sector before becoming a licensed Realtor in 1996. He later became a partner in one of the largest employee-based appraisal firms in the country, and his commitment to the profession runs in the family—both of his adult children are certified appraisers right here in the local market.

Over the past 12 years, John has been a proud Pinellas Realtor Affiliate Member, serving as Chairman in both 2018 and 2019. He has shared his insights in more than 300 speaking engagements, always driven by his belief that giving back is more important than receiving.

Now, John is thrilled to bring his decades of real estate knowledge to the mortgage side of the business, helping clients navigate the loan process with confidence, clarity, and care.
